Galletas Las Amo pero las Odio!
Amo comer galletas pero odio hacerlas! Cada vez que me mencionan que tengo un pedido para hacer galletas me da dolor de cabeza. No entiendo porque, aquellos que me conocen saben que soy una persona muy paciente y sumamente detallista.
Tanto es el fastidio para mi que el año pasado me compre una "maquina para hacer galletas" que supuestamente iba a vender durante la navidad y no se si fue por conveniencia o lo bien que guarde la dichosa maquina que no fue hasta hace una semana que me acorde del dichoso aparato.
En octubre de este año mi madre me dio a probar unas galletas buenisimas y enseguida le pedí la receta. Realmente no se para que se la pedí seria para tenerla guardada como otras tantas que andan por ahí, porque yo no iba hacer galletas! o por lo menos eso pensaba pues resulta que me puse a inventar con la receta y me encanto ya que es muy versátil y ademas me hicieron unos encargos y no me quedo de otra que ponerme hacer galletas!

Cookies, I love them but I hate them!
I love eating cookies but I hate making them! I think that every time an order for cookies comes in I get a headache! I can't understand my aversion to making them and all of those who know me know that I am a very patient and dedicated person so it can't be that fact that they take time.
Last year in november I purchased a spritzer which supposedly I was going to make spritz cookie to sell in December. I put away the spritzer so well that I totally forgot about it and it wasn't till last week that looking at a few pictures and recipies I realized I had forgotten to make the cookies.
The recipie was my mother's she gave it to me this october. I am not sure why I had asked her for the recpie because I was positive that I was not going to bake any cookies. I hate baking cookies! Till last week when yet another big order of cookies came in. They came out pretty well but they tasted even better!
