Hola a todos hace un tiempecito que no les escribia pero estaba tan ocupada con tantos trabajos que solo me dedicaba a tomarles fotos para luego poder escribir. Hoy por fin me robe una hora para mi y asi poder dedicarme a escribir.

Les cuento que durante este tiempo he experimentado con muchas cosas muchas me salieron muy bien pero hay dos que aun estan en proceso y casi casi me salen asi que les dejare saber pronto de mis nuevos inventos.

Pues para no cansarles mucho les informo que he decido lanazar un nuevo proyecto en el cual estaremos vendiendo nuestros postres en versiones mini.

Esta decicion fue basada en el hecho de que ultimamente la gente se ve con el bolsillo un poco apretado y ademas contando cada dia mas calorias. Por estas razones y ademas que son tan coquetos hemos decidio lanzar nuestra linea Petit Bouchee.

Ademas de venderle los postres a nuestros clientes ahora le damos el servcio de catering para sus eventos donde le arreglamos y decoramos sus mesas con nuestros postrecitos o picaderas con los mismos colores y temas de su actividad.

Los tiempos estan dificiels pero confio que el Sr. Todo Poderoso nos guirara durante esta tempestad.

First of all I would like to say hello to all my fellow readers it has been a few days now since my last post. I have been quite busy baking and experimenting with many things and all there was tine for were pictures. Almost everything came out very well except for two things which are still in practice as soon as they are ready I will poswt them to the blog.

I have also been quite busy with a new line of products which I call my petit bouchees or mini treats. Since the economy is not very good these days and many are counting calories I have decided it is time to start making mini versions of my pastries and cakes and came up with a new line product plus they are so darn cute, but not only am I making these but I am also catering to diffrent events which I set the their table according to the decorations and or themes of the event. Times are hard but I know that the Lord will see us through these troubling times.
