Compartiendo Galleticas con cafe /Lets share Coffee and cookies

Por ahi se acerca San Valentin y me gustaria compartir con ustedes estas galleticas tan lindas para que a su vez compartan con sus amistades y seres queridos.

La idea de estas galletas surgio de unas que vi en el blog
Not Martha en el cual encontre unas casita adorables y completamente fuera de lo comun. En vez de uno servir la galleticas en un platillo la colocas en el borde de la taza y asi le das un toquecito muy especial y personal.

Estas galletas son muy faciles de hacer solo escoje tu receta preferida de galletas y la preparas tal y cual como dice la receta. Proceda a recortar tus galletas con el cortador y antes de hornearlas haces un corte en forma de rectangulo lo suficientemente grande como para colocarla al borde de la taza. Los cortes que yo le hize a las mias fueron de 1/2 cm aproximadamente. Las decoras a tu gusto y las horneas. Dejalas enfriar antes de colocar en las tazas.

Valentines is just around the corner and I wanted to share these cookies with you. At the same time I wish you can share these with your friends and loved ones.

I got the idea of these cookies from the blog Not Martha, she made these tiny gingerbread houses for chrsitmas. They were so cute and very uncommon. Instead of serving the cookies on a plate you place them on the rim of a mug or cup and it adds such a nice and personal touch to what ever it is you are serving.

In order to make the cookies you just need to use your favorite sugar cookie recipie and follow the directions as the recipe indecates. Cut them with your favorite cookie cutter and before baking them you cut a rectangle to form the slot. Please take into consideration the thickness of the rim where you will be placeing your cookies. I cut the slots on these cookies about half a cm.
Decorate them and bake them as you normally would. Leave them cool completely before placing them on the cups.
